Appointment Booking and Cancellation
To ensure the highest quality of concierge care, all appointments must be secured with a valid credit card or deposit. We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so, or missing an appointment without notice (no-show), will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost or the forfeiture of your deposit.

Medical Clearance and Safety
All clinical treatments—including Medical Aesthetics, IV Hydration, Concierge Care, and Eye Care—require a prior medical consultation and evaluation. Patients are legally obligated to provide completely accurate, truthful, and updated medical histories, allergies, and current medications. Aurora Medical Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment if a procedure is deemed clinically unsafe or unsuitable for the patient’s current health status.

Refunds and Service Outcomes
Due to the customized clinical nature of medical aesthetics, wellness, and optical treatments, all sales are final. Aurora Medical Spa does not offer refunds on completed services, opened skincare products, or prepaid treatment packages. While our certified medical professionals utilize advanced technology and evidence-based protocols to ensure optimal results, clinical outcomes vary by individual, and specific biological results cannot be legally guaranteed.
